Low-Fat Festive Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans low-sodium chicken broth
    1 c. converted long grain rice
    6 Tbsp. Molly McButter flavor sprinkles
    1 1/2 c. small broccoli florettes
    2/3 c. thin carrot slices
    1 1/2 c. red bell pepper (julienne)
    1 Tbsp. dry parsley
Preparation
    In medium nonstick saucepan, bring broth to a boil.
    Add rice.
    Reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
    Stir in 4 tablespoons butter sprinkles, parsley and vegetables.
    Cover. Continue cooking 10 minutes.
    Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes or until broth is absorbed.
    Sprinkle with remaining butter sprinkles.
    Fluff with fork and serve.
