Beet Gelatin Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can pickled beets, mashed
1 small pkg. lemon jello
liquid from beets
1 c. water
Preparation

Drain beets; save liquid.
Mash beets.
Heat water; dissolve jello in hot water.
Add mashed beets and drained juice from beets.
Chill until firm.
