Stuffed Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chopped beef
    1/2 lb. chopped veal
    1/2 lb. chopped pork
    1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 egg
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 large cabbage
    2 cans tomato soup
    2 cans water
    pepper to taste
    salt to taste
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Brown pepper and onion in tablespoon of oil; set aside. Prepare cabbage leaves; cut out core and place in a large pot of water to cover cabbage. Simmer until leaves fall away; cool.
