Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag spinach (fresh)
    2 to 3 boiled eggs
    2 to 3 green onions, sliced
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    Italian dressing
Preparation
    Wash and drain spinach leaves.
    Tear into bite size pieces. Chop the eggs and slice the onions; toss these and the mushrooms with the spinach.
    Pour on your favorite Italian dressing.
