Creamy Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cucumbers
    1 c. sour cream
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. pepper
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Peel and mince garlic.
    Mix with sour cream, salt and pepper in medium bowl.
    Peel the skin from the cucumbers and slice very thin.
    Add to sour cream mixture.
    Refrigerate for 6 hours or until cucumbers get soft.
    Serve well chilled.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
