Lemon Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small box lemon jello
    1 jar pimento cheese spread
    1 small can crushed pineapple (including juice)
    1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water.
    Add pimento cheese spread (dissolve cheese).
    Add Cool Whip.
    Add crushed pineapple with juice.
    Use a wire whip and refrigerate until cool.
