Icebox Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. box Ritz crackers
    1 lb. candied cherries
    1 lb. candied pineapple
    1 lb. white seedless raisins
    1 lb. pecans
    1 lb. English walnuts
    2 (3 1/2 oz.) cans flaked coconut
    1 lb. bag marshmallows
    2 1/4 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Crush crackers; add finely chopped fruit and nuts, then coconut.
    Melt marshmallows in milk over low heat.
    Add to cracker mixture.
    Mix well and pack in sprayed loaf pans or roll into 6 x 1 1/2-inch size rolls and wrap in Saran Wrap.
    Keep in refrigerator or freeze until ready to serve, slice thin.
