1 1/2 lb. split chicken breasts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen cut asparagus
2 eggs, beaten
1 (15 oz.) carton Ricotta cheese
1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimiento, undrained
1 c. diced Canadian bacon, or ham (about 5 oz.)
3 c. cooked rice
1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. sliced almonds (about 1 c.)
3/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
1 tsp. instant minced onion
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Arrange chicken breasts skin side up in a 12 x 8-inch microwave-safe baking dish.
Cover with waxed paper.
