Wild Rice, Cranberry And Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 orange, peeled and segmented
    1/4 lb. fresh cranberries
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 lb. wild rice, cooked and cooled
    10 to 12 oz. chicken breast, cooked and cubed or shredded
    1 1/4 c. walnuts, toasted and chopped
    juice of 1 orange or 1/4 c. orange juice
    1 to 2 Tbsp. champagne vinegar
    1/2 c. walnut oil
Preparation
    In a saucepan, cook cranberries in a small amount of water until skin begins to pop.
    Drain and place in a large bowl. Drizzle with honey to coat.
    Cut sections of oranges in half. Combine orange sections, rice, chicken and walnuts with the cranberries.
