Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. sugar
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs, beaten
    14 large marshmallows
Preparation
    Peel and chop potatoes; boil with 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
    Drain and mash.
    Add butter, sugar, marshmallows, vanilla and seasonings.
    Mix well.
    Pour into buttered 2-quart casserole. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set.
