Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken or 4 breasts
    1 bag (any flavor) Doritos
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 chopped onion
Preparation
    Boil, debone and chop chicken; place on bottom of casserole dish sprayed with Pam.
    Top with chopped onion, crushed Doritos and grated cheese.
    Combine soups and Ro-Tel tomatoes together, stirring until well blended.
    Pour on top of chicken mixture evenly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
