Boori(Indian Bread) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. butter
water
Preparation

Mix ingredients together with water, just enough to make a dough, not too sticky.
Knead the dough real well.
Cut the dough into small balls as big as golf balls.
Use the rolling pin to roll the balls.
Roll it until they are 1/2-inch thick circles. Heat generous amount of oil in a Chinese wok or a deep pan.
Fry them one at a time.
Turn over when it puffs up and fry other side.
