Tea Garden Salad From Cooking With Hougen(Richard T. Hougen) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. orange jello
    1 c. hot freshly made black tea
    1 c. juice, drained from pineapple and oranges
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
    1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in hot tea.
    Add cup of juice from oranges and pineapple.
    Add regular orange juice to fill up if needed.
    Stir. Place gelatin in refrigerator until thickened.
    Drain and cut water chestnuts into slices.
    Add chestnuts, pineapple and orange sections to jello.
    Spoon mixture into a greased mold.
    Refrigerate until set.
