Gramma Martin'S Casserole(Pastor Martin'S Favorite) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. veal or beef, cubed
    1 lb. pork, cubed
    1 c. rice
    3 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 can bean sprouts
    3 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and celery. Add rice, chicken broth, etc. Put in large casserole.
    Bake, covered, for 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven. Remove cover and bake 1/2 hour longer.
    (If too dry, add 1 cup boiling water with 1 tablespoon butter.)
    Serves 8.
