Molasses Curried Fruit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) can cling peach halves
1 (1 lb.) can pear halves
1 (1 lb.) can whole apricots
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple slices
1/2 c. unsulphured molasses
1/4 c. vinegar
1 (3-inch) stick cinnamon
2 tsp. curry powder
6 maraschino cherries
Preparation

Drain syrup from fruit into saucepan.
Bring to a boil; boil rapidly until reduced to 3/4 cup.
Add molasses, vinegar, stick of cinnamon and curry powder.
Add drained fruit; simmer 5 minutes.
Garnish with cherries.
Serve hot or cold.
