Hamburger Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger meat
2 cans vegetarian vegetable soup
2 cans tomato sauce
1 can pinto beans
1 onion (optional)
4 or 5 large potatoes
Preparation

In a 2-quart pan, boil potatoes until tender. Set aside in water. While cooking potatoes, brown meat and onion in large soup pot.
Drain. Add soup, tomato sauce and beans. Add potatoes and enough water to your liking. Season to taste and simmer until flavors blend. Serve with cornbread or crackers.
