Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can sliced pineapple in syrup
light brown sugar
4 Tbsp. margarine
1 yellow cake mix
Preparation

Melt 2 tablespoons margarine in each of 2 round layer pans. Sprinkle enough brown sugar (rather thick) to cover bottom of pans and pat into the butter.
Place 5 slices of pineapple in each pan, then pour half of liquid from pineapple into each pan.
Mix yellow cake mix as directed and pour half in each pan.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 375\u00b0.
