Green Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked rice
    1 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1 garlic bud, minced
    1 onion, grated
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Grease pan with oil.
    Beat eggs and add to milk.
    Mix rice, grated cheese, parsley, garlic and onion together and spread in pan.
    Pour egg and milk mixture over the top.
    Bake for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
