Tropical Candied Yams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. yams
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. peach nectar
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. butter
    1 (15 oz.) can pineapple
Preparation
    Cook on top of stove for 1/2 hour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour, covered, and 5 minutes, uncovered.
