Chicken-Fried Round Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. tenderized beef round steak
    3 beaten eggs
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 c. finely crushed saltine crackers (56 crackers)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Cut steak into 6 or 8 pieces.
    Stir together eggs and milk. Combine cracker crumbs, salt and pepper.
    Dip meat in egg mixture, then in crumbs.
    In a large skillet, brown meat in hot oil, turning once.
    Cover; cook over low heat for 30 to 45 minutes, or until tender.
    Serves 6.
