Golden Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/3 c. butter
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Melt butter in baking dish.
    Place pared and sliced potatoes, coated in flour and cheese, in buttered dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Turn once.
