Green Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head lettuce
    1 layer grated carrots
    1 layer chopped celery
    1 layer green onions
    1 can green peas, drained
Preparation
    In clear glass bowl, layer lettuce, carrots, celery, onions and peas. Spread mayonnaise and sprinkle with 2 teaspoons sugar. Slice pimento olives over mayonnaise. Chill. Just before serving, fry 6 to 8 slices crisp bacon and crumble over top.
