Cauliflower And Peas With Curried Almonds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cauliflower
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    2 Tbsp. butter, divided
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower 10 minutes.
    Cook peas according to package directions.
    Melt 1 tablespoon of butter over low heat; add flour, stirring until smooth.
    Cook 1 minute.
    Add sour cream; cook until well heated.
    Combine vegetables, sour cream mixture and add onion salt.
    Mix well.
    Spoon into lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
    Melt rest of butter in saucepan; stir in curry powder and almonds.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring until almonds are golden.
    Spoon over cauliflower.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
