Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. fish fillet
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    dash of black pepper
    sprinkle of parsley
Preparation
    Grease baking pan with oil.
    Place fish in a single layer in pan.
    Combine remaining ingredients except parsley and pour over fish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
    Sprinkle with the parsley.
    Serves 2 with 187 calories, 4 g carbohydrate, 8.3 g fat, 224 mg sodium and 42 mg cholesterol each serving.
