Glazed Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 lb. ground ham
    3/4 lb. ground pork
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1/3 c. catsup
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Combine ham, pork, bread crumbs, onion, eggs, milk and catsup; mix well.
    Shape into a loaf in a lightly greased baking pan. Combine brown sugar, vinegar and mustard in saucepan; bring to a rolling boil.
    Spoon 1/3 of glaze over ham and return to oven. Bake 30 minutes longer and glaze every 10 minutes.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
