Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water
    1 c. oats
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/3 c. warm water
    6 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. honey or molasses
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
Preparation
    Combine boiling water and oats.
    Let stand 30 minutes.
    Mix yeast and warm water and let stand 5 minutes.
    Mix oats, yeast, salt, honey, butter and about 4 cups of the flour in a very large bowl.
    Knead in remaining 2 cups flour.
    (It will be hard work.) Let rise until doubled, 2 to 3 hours.
    Punch down dough.
    Divide in half and stretch each portion to cover bottoms of 2 greased loaf pans.
    Let double again, 1 to 2 hours.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
    (Is faster to use RapidRise yeast.)
