Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can early peas
    1 can Shoe Peg corn
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
    1 jar pimento
    salt and pepper to taste
    oil and vinegar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in medium bowl.
    Cover with equal amounts of oil and vinegar.
    Marinate overnight.
    Strain off oil and vinegar.
    Season as desired.
    Serve cold.
    Yum!
