Sourdough Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. instant potato flakes
    1 c. warm water
Preparation
    To begin, mix all ingredients together; let stand in your refrigerator for 3 days.
    Before making your bread, add the same ingredients again, stirring with a wooden spoon.
    Let stand on the cabinet for 8 to 12 hours.
    Ready for use.
