Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. Cream Cheese
    1 Cup Light Cream
    1/2 Cup Soft Bread Crumbs
    1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
    2 Eggs Beaten
    1 1/2 lbs. Fresh Spinach, Chopped, Cooked & Well Drained
    4 tsp. Butter
    1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
    1/2 lb. Chopped Mushrooms
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    1 Unbaked 9 inch Pastry Shell
Preparation
    Mash cream cheese and gradually add cream. When mixture is smooth add bread crumbs, cheese, salt & eggs. Beat well, stir in uncooked spinach. Set aside. Meanwhile melt butter in skillet and saute onions and mushrooms until soft. Add spinach mixture. Pour into pie shell and bake for 25 minutes at 400.
