Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2/3 c. pumpkin (canned)
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine and then add the pumpkin mixture to the flour mixture; mixing well.
    Spread on a 10 x 15 greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Cool 5 minutes.
    Lay on dry towel covered with powdered sugar.
    Roll and chill.
