Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large (16 oz.) bags frozen mixed vegetables
    1 can water chestnuts, drained
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. cracker or bread crumbs
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Mix vegetables, water chestnuts, mayonnaise and cheese in large mixing bowl.
    Put in buttered 2-quart casserole.
    Add margarine to crumbs and sprinkle over top.
    Bake 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Makes 10 or more servings.
