Ingredients

grouper fillets
Parmesan cheese
Italian style bread crumbs
1 stick butter, melted
Preparation

Dip finger size grouper fillets in the melted butter.
Roll fillets in a mixture of the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Place fillets on cookie sheet.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 7 to 10 minutes.
Turn fillets over and bake for an additional 7 to 10 minutes.
Serve warm.
