Chicken Spaghetti Royale - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 lb. fresh, sliced mushroom pieces, drained
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 medium green pepper, diced
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    3/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. chicken broth or 1 (16 oz.) can chicken broth
    3 to 4 c. diced, cooked chicken
    1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
    1 (10 to 11 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup (undiluted)
Preparation
    Melt butter or margarine; add mushrooms, onion, green pepper, parsley and thyme; cook until vegetables are tender.
    Blend in flour, soup and salt, stirring until thickened.
    Add chicken, pimentos and lemon juice and keep at serving temperature.
    Prepare spaghetti as directed; toss with chicken mixture and serve.
    Makes 8 to 10 hearty portions.
    Good with green salad, garlic bread and light dessert.
