Microwavable Cheesy-Tuna Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. hot water
    1 pkg. Betty Crocker hash brown potatoes
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained
    1 can condensed cream of celery soup
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Pour hot water over potatoes and margarine in 2-quart microwavable dish. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on High for 4 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients, except cheese. Cover with waxed paper and microwave until hot and bubbly, 2 to 3 minutes longer. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Microwave until cheese is melted, 1 to 3 minutes longer.
    Serves 6.
