Raspberry Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. gelatin
    1 Tbsp. hot water
    1 c. thick raspberry jam
    1 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, stir gelatin into hot water.
    Continue stirring until dissolved.
    Stir in raspberry jam.
    When partially set, whip the cream and fold into jam.
    Adorn with fresh raspberries for a summer birthday.
