Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 c. coconut
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple, drained
    1 c. English walnuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cool and put topping on cake.
