Cucumber Sandwich Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 small cucumber, peeled and grated
1 very small onion, minced fine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
dash of garlic
salt
mayonnaise

Preparation

Combine all ingredients well and mix with enough mayonnaise to make a good spreading consistency.
