Porcupine Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground round steak
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 to 2 c. tomatoes
garlic salt
Preparation
-
Mix uncooked rice, meat and seasonings.
Shape into balls. Place in deep baking dish and cover with tomatoes.
Bake in a moderate oven (350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0) for 60 to 80 minutes.
