* Beef With Beans Barbecue * - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
16 oz. can pork and beans
1/2 c. Kraft barbecue sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
Velveeta pasteurized process cheese spread or slices
8 oz. can Pillsbury refrigerated buttermilk or country style biscuits
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Brown meat and drain.
Add pork and beans, barbecue sauce, onion and salt.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Stir in 1/4 lb. Velveeta cubes.
Pour into a baking dish.
Cut biscuits in half, forming half circles.
Place cut side down around edge of casserole.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Top with additional Velveeta slices.
Return to oven until cheese melts.
