Caramel Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
    2 eggs
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    8 oz. whipped topping
    8 oz. dry roasted peanuts, ground
    3 large Granny Smith apples
Preparation
    Combine butter and sugar with a beater.
    Add eggs. Add pineapple, nuts and whipped topping. Refrigerate. Cut apples into small pieces and add just before serving.
