Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

2 1/2 pounds chicken-cut up
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 cup corn flake crumbs
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. marjoram
Preparation

Melt butter in casserole, dip chicken in milk roll in flakes crumbs.
Arrange in casserole, skin side down.
Cover chicken with remaining ingredients bake 20 minutes at 400 turn and bake 20 minutes more.
