Heart Smart Carrot Pineapple Juice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shredded carrots (1 large)
    1/2 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, packed in its own juice
    1/2 c. crushed ice
Preparation
    In blender at medium speed, blend carrots and water about 1 minute.
    Strain; return liquid to blender.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Blend at low speed until smooth.
    Pour into 2 glasses.
    Makes 2 servings.
