Popcorn Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. oil
    24 caramels (1/2 bag)
    2 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
    10 c. popped popcorn
    1/2 lb. pecan halves
    1/2 lb. M&M's
Preparation
    Melt first 4 ingredients in microwave.
    Add popcorn and pecans to mixture.
    Add M&M's after the mixture has cooled.
    Put in angel food or Bundt pan.
    Firmly press mixture into pan.
    Mixture will harden and slide out of pan.
    Freezes well.
