Fluffy Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, soda, baking powder and salt.
    Combine egg, buttermilk and butter; slowly stir into dry ingredients. Batter will be very thick.
    For each pancake, spoon about 1/4 cup batter onto a hot, lightly greased griddle.
    Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges are brown.
