Zucchini Squash Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. pecans
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. grated squash
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat eggs first; add sugar, then other ingredients.
    Mix well. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
