Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices cubed bread
    1/2 pkg. pork sausage
    1 c. grated cheese
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1-1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Spray a 8 x 8 inch baking dish and place cubed bread in bottom. Spread cooked and drained sausage over bread. Stir together salt and ground mustard to blend, then add eggs and milk, beating well.
    Add cheese, pour over bread and sausage. Bake about 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 until center is cooked.
