Baked Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese (reserve 1/4 c.)
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1 (5 oz.) pkg. manicotti, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine cheeses, eggs and seasonings. Mix well.
    Pour 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce into an 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
    Fill manicotti shells with 3 tablespoons cheese mixture and arrange sauce over top and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake 45 minutes or until bubbly.
