Potluck Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium red potatoes (about 2 lb.)
    1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimentos, drained
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1 lb. processed American cheese, cut into cubes
    2 slices bread, cut into cubes
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/8 tsp. onion salt
Preparation
    Place the unpeeled potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water; cook until tender, but firm.
    Drain; cut potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
    Place in an ungreased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
