New Potatoes With Dill - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. new potatoes, unpeeled
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. fresh dill or 1/2 tsp. dried dill
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Wash potatoes; cut into 3/8-inch thick slices.
    In a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish, arrange potatoes in a thin layer.
    Dot with butter; sprinkle with dill and salt.
    Cover and bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until tender, stirring after 15 minutes.
