Chicken Adobo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1 Tbsp. oil or Crisco
    1 small Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 small Tbsp. vinegar
    1/3 c. water
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 c. onion
Preparation
    Clean and cut up chicken.
    Put oil or Crisco in pan and brown chicken.
    After browning slightly, add soy sauce, vinegar and water.
    Shake in garlic salt and pour in vinegar.
    Sprinkle paprika and onion over all.
    Add bay leaf.
    Cover.
    Cook for 45 minutes or until done.
    Serve with rice, green vegetable and salad.
